How to get it
A unique drop from Flooded Hypogeum. Uniques replace the normal template roll on about 6% of clears and are always at least epic.
This one belongs to the dungeon, not to its boss: the same boss stands in a raid as well, and it does not drop there. See Drop rates.
Set bonus
This is heavy armour, so it counts towards Bulwark of the Legion. Wearing 2 pieces of the class gives -2% damage taken; all 4 add -2% damage taken on top. Any piece of the right class counts, whatever its rarity or item level.
