Realms of Elynia Wiki

Schedule

Elynia runs on a clock. Some of it resets every day, some every week, and one thing arrives at the same hour every evening. Everything below is Helsinki time, and none of it drifts when the clocks change — the hours are local by design, not an offset from anything.

Every day

WhenWhat happens
19:00 Ladon surfaces and stays for 2 hours. Every strike inside that window counts toward the kill; after it he is gone until tomorrow.
00:00 Daily reset. New daily quests, and your dungeon and raid clears count from zero again — the reward falloff on repeats starts over. Praeco's per-character purse resets to 5000 gold, and a new Lares' Favor claim becomes available for the Helsinki calendar day. Its 7-day reward cycle advances only when you claim.
Rolling 24 hours Cursus Publicus allows each character to send at most 20 player letters in any rolling 24-hour window. This limit does not reset at midnight.

Every week

Guild war runs on a single weekly cycle. The one deadline that matters is the lock: a guild with too few defences set when it passes is not paired at all that week.

WhenWhat happens
Monday 00:00 Weekly reset. New weekly quests, and guild war sign-up opens for the coming week.
Friday 18:00 Registration and defences lock. Pairing is decided and scouting opens.
Saturday 12:00 Battle opens. Flags are spent now or not at all.
Sunday 12:00 Battle closes. Rewards can be claimed until the weekly reset.

Every month

The arena season runs for a calendar month and turns at 00:00 on the first. When it turns, the ladder pays out and standings reset for the new season. Every Honor rating also moves halfway back toward 1200 at the turn, so the top of a tier begins the new season with room to climb rather than with wins that pay nothing.

In the game

You do not have to keep any of this in your head. Click the server clock itself in the header to open the calendar. It lists the scheduled events with a live countdown to each one, including which phase the guild war is in right now.

Job shifts, profession energy and your own action points run on their own timers rather than on this schedule — those are counted from the moment you start them, and the game shows them where they apply.
