Professions
18 professions feed your gladiator gear, food, elixirs and scrolls. Every gather/craft action spends Profession Energy (PE), a shared pool that refills over time. Skill runs 1–100, gated softly so you can dabble in everything.
Start with the introduction quest
Every profession opens with a short introduction: read what the trade is for, perform its most characteristic action once, and see what comes out the other end. It answers the question the skill tables cannot — why is this one worth my time?
They are listed on the Quests tab under Trades, and the introduction also appears the first time you open a profession. Working through all 18 pays 2,510 gold and 686 character experience, on top of the trade skill you gain and the items you keep. That is a deliberately generous purse for a new gladiator: it is meant to cover the cost of trying every trade before you commit to one.
The maker's name stays on crafted gear
Every weapon, piece of armour and trinket newly made at a crafting bench carries the crafting gladiator's name. Crafted by appears on the item, its hover card and any market listing, and the name stays with that exact item through every later sale. Gear that existed before maker marks were introduced has no invented attribution.
