A passive magic battle art — no cost, no cooldown. It only works while you carry a magic weapon; with anything else in hand it lies dormant.

What it does

+12% critical chance

Best for a build still short of the crit soft cap — the bolt adds all of its crit there and less past it.

How to learn it

Buy the Scroll of Fulmen in the Shop (250 gold) or craft it with Enchanting (skill 15). The scroll itself is Scroll of Fulmen; a second copy is wasted once the art is known.
