Ignores 15% of enemy armor

Best against heavy armor: the plated boss your bolts bounce off.

How to learn it

Craft the Scroll of Hasta Minervae with Enchanting (skill 60). The scroll itself is Scroll of Hasta Minervae; a second copy is wasted once the art is known.
