What it does

Ignores 20% of enemy armor

Best against heavy armor: the target whose plate ate your arrows.

How to learn it

Buy the Manual of Perfringo in the Shop (350 gold), then read it at level 10. Requires level 10. The scroll itself is Manual of Perfringo; a second copy is wasted once the art is known.
