The Avernal Throne
At the throne of Avernus the Titan sits enthroned in fire. Only a full band walks back out.
A group raid opening at level 45, ending with Avernal Titan (level 50, ranged). Its antechamber lies in Gates of Avernus.
Rewards
A clear rolls the boss drop table several times over, and each player rolls their own. See Raids for the party requirements, the daily lockout and the falloff on repeat clears.

Every chance above is multiplied by the same daily lockout that scales experience and loot, so the second clear of a day pays a fraction of the first. See Raids.
The pattern and the catalyst are two independent rolls, so a clear can pay both, one or neither. A second copy of a pattern you already know becomes 2 Cinder of the Throne; forging what it unlocks needs profession skill 90 on top. Both are bound — they cannot be sold, listed or traded.
