Dracoscale Helm
The scales grew facing outward. They still are.
helmet item. Every forging rolls its own affixes on top of this template, so no two copies are the same — only the rarity is guaranteed.
Example roll (legendary, item level 50)
| Name | Dracoscale Helm |
|---|---|
| Armour | 72 |
| Affixes | +21 agility, +21 constitution, +21 strength, +21 skill |
How to get it
It does not drop. The only way to own one is to forge it yourself, and that takes three separate keys:
- Smithing skill 90 — trained.
- Pattern: Dracoscale Plate — this one you cannot train. It drops from a boss, and it arrives already aimed at what you are carrying.
What comes out is guaranteed legendary or better at item level 50, and bound on craft — it can never be sold, listed or traded.

Set bonus
This is heavy armour, so it counts towards Bulwark of the Legion. Wearing 2 pieces of the class gives -2% damage taken; all 4 add -2% damage taken on top. Any piece of the right class counts, whatever its rarity or item level.
See Rarity for the stat multipliers and Affixes for the rolls each rarity grants.
