How to get it
It does not drop. The only way to own one is to forge it yourself, and that takes three separate keys:
- Enchanting skill 90 — trained.
- Weapon mastery rank 5 with the staff — earned by fighting with that weapon. See Weapon Mastery.
- Pattern: Staff of the Avernal Throne — this one you cannot train. It drops from a boss, and it arrives already aimed at what you are carrying.
What comes out is guaranteed legendary or better at your own level, up to item level 70, and bound on craft — it can never be sold, listed or traded. Forge it below the cap and the Ossuary's Ritus Instaurationis can raise it later.
