How to get it
It does not drop. The only way to own one is to forge it yourself, and that takes three separate keys:
- Fletching skill 90 — trained.
- Weapon mastery rank 5 with the arbalest — earned by fighting with that weapon. See Weapon Mastery.
- Pattern: Pyrebolt Arbalest — this one you cannot train. It drops from a boss, and it arrives already aimed at what you are carrying.
What comes out is guaranteed legendary or better at item level 50, and bound on craft — it can never be sold, listed or traded.
